She excels in delivering agile results-based monitoring, resource mobilization, and strategic alliance formation.

Ezrra Orozco

Senior Advisor

Microfinance, Entrepreneurship, MIPYME. Financial Education

Ezrra has more than 25 years of experience in Guatemala and Mexico as a consultant for agencies like the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, and the Swedish Cooperation. He has held positions such as Vice Minister of Economy and President of CENPROMIPE. His expertise includes developing policies and laws for SMEs and strengthening financial institutions.

Denia Del Valle

Senior Advisor

Focus: Women's Economic Empowerment, Compliance, and Private-Public Partnerships.

Denia has gained 25 years of experience in management positions with both bilateral and multilateral organizations. She has been actively involved in consultancies related to economic development, social, and environmental research. Additionally, she has developed manuals and guides on best practices, certification, and labor competencies.

Ingrid Jacobs

Senior Advisor

Focus: Caribbean Affairs, Public-Private Partnerships, Resource Mobilization.

Ingrid has 29 years of management experience in international cooperation. She has extensive knowledge and expertise creating public-private partnerships, managing donors, mobilizing resources, and designing high-impact programs. She has a keen interest in the areas of climate finance, adaptation and resilience, governance, and circular economy.

Pablo Alarcon

Senior MEAL

Focus: Economic Growth, Tourism, Education, and Migration.

Pablo has over 23 years of experience working with governmental entities and organizations, including USAID, IAF, IDB, and CEPAL. He is an expert in designing national curricula that aim to reduce migration by developing work competencies in secondary education. Additionally, he specializes in facilitating innovation and product development literacy for micro-enterprises.

Claudia Morales

Senior MEAL

Focus: Coastal Marine Resources, Agriculture, Food Security, and Municipal Government.

Claudia has over 20 years of experience managing community-based projects. She has the ability to analyze complex issues and generate actionable insights that inform decision-making at all levels. She is proficient in conducting rigorous research, collecting and analyzing data, and synthesizing findings into cohesive reports that are easily understood by stakeholders.

Maria Jose Pellecer

Senior MEAL

Focus: Health, Sexual and Reproductive Rights, Children, and Youth.

Maria Jose has more than 15 years of experience in monitoring projects across Latin America. She has worked with organizations like USAID, UNICEF, UNDP, World Bank, BMZ, IAF, Plan International, Counterpart International, and RTI. Maria excels in optimizing monitoring processes, working efficiently with limited resources, and collaborating with diverse teams.

Jennifer Avila

Junior MEAL / Logistic

Focus: Support senior MELS, Training grantees in the use of digital platforms.

Jennifer has eight years of experience in monitoring processes at both national and regional levels. Her greatest strength is her ability to efficiently organize and classify information and tasks to achieve goals. She provides comprehensive support to grantees throughout their reporting and accountability process, particularly in the use of digital platforms.

Nancy Roldan

Administration / Junior MEAL

Focus: Contracts, Human Resources, and Operation support.

Nancy has over 20 years of experience in auditing and public and private administration. She has a deep understanding of the contracting laws in the country and the region. Nancy is an expert in certifications, financial risks, procurement, and management of human resources in Latin America and the Caribbean.
